D-Day 75
I wrote two spoken word pieces for D-Day, one of which was used as a tribute at the mayoral unveiling of a memorial stone at Daedalus.
I was invited onto BBC Radio Solent to read it and talk about writing – and newspapers in the North-East and Devon also picked up on the links to their own local regiments, so I’m huge in Hartlepool.
